An individual program of enclosure may assist you to use this time of solitude, contemplation and self-reflection as a basis for your restart. If you prefer, you can also choose an enclosure program which is strictly structured.
Our program is planned for a stay of 7 days, but it can be easily modified according to your individual wishes.
