For 1 or 2 participants the workshop takes place at a beach near Caleta del Sebo or individually agreed upon.

Day 1

• Arrival in Lanzarote, Ferry to La Graciosa
  

• Dinner in Caleta del Sebo
  

• Attunement at Playa Bahia de Salado
  

The blaze of colours of coral fragments at Bahia de Salado (a few steps from Caleta del Sebo) and the silence make this beach one of the most beautiful.

The perfect place for arrival, attunement and searching for issues we bring with us. This evening we define our personal aims we want to achieve joining this retreat. At the same time we discuss the procedure of the week.

Day 2

morning:

Walking-tour to Playa de la Cocina

Located about 4,5 km south, sheltered by yellow-white veined Montana Amarillo (172m) Playa de la Cocina.

Day 3

Walking-tour to the beach of Playa del Barranco de los Conejos

About 3 km north from Caleta del Sebo Playa del Barranco de los Conejos is located in front of the highest spot Las Agujas (ca. 266 m).

Day 5

morning:

Jeeptour to Pedro Barba

This day we will visit the second village (most time of the year uninhabitated) Pedro Barba and the spectacular and remote beach Playa Lambra.

In the north, where the waves hit the basalt flow in dramatic fashion (the spot called Los Arcos) we have the chance to watch shearwaters and sea eagles.

Day 6

Walking-tour to Playa Francesa

Further south, 2,5 km from the capital, is the slightly smaller Playa Francesa. The idyllic bay offers soft white sand...

Day 7

morning:

Bicycle or Jeeptour to Playa de las Conchas

Montana Bermeja is an impressive volcanic cone which stands at 157 m above sea level. It is separeted from the sea by fantastic Playa de las Conchas, where legend has it that the crew of a boat attacked by pirates were forced to hide all their treasures and valuable items. From this beach we have a fantastic view to nearby island Montana Clara.
