Individual Retreat

As a psychotherapist it is not so easy to find a surrounding where I can deal appropriately with my own process.

I found the ideal combination in Bettina, her beautiful space and the surrounding of the wild and powerful nature of Lanzarote: all three ingredients are open, spacious and inspiring and welcoming me to just be myself. Bettina is always around when I loose track or need a reflection coming from a background of great professional knowledge and personal experience. On the other hand I feel always free to roam around and go with my own flow. I highly recommend this space of resonance for those who are interested in deeper insights into their personal self!
